On the palate, it's silky and elegant, with juicy acidity, refined tannins, and a saline, tensile finish that balances ripe fruit with savory grip, forest floor, smoked bacon, and a flicker of charcoal for an untamed edge reminiscent of northern Rhône Syrah but with a distinctive Baden freshness.
