Since opening in late October 2025, Fränzel has become a destination for authentic German cuisine in the NY, NJ, PA tri-state area. The restaurant focuses on imported German ingredients, scratch preparation, German beers, wines and spirits, cozy atmosphere, and Oma’s Laden, an on-site shop stocked with German imports.
