Our Alsässer Schnitzel special brings Alsatian-German cuisine to Fränzel in Goshen. We start with high-quality pork cutlets, pounded thin, hand-breaded, and fried until golden. We add sautéed onions, double-smoked bacon, Gruyère cheese, and homemade herbed quark, served with house-fermented sauerkraut and warm German potato salad.
